Returns and Refunds Policy

At Dorian Trips, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as personal care items, hygiene-related goods, or customized orders cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Late or Missing Refunds
